Enrollment for the 2026-27 School Year

The 2026–27 school year will run from September 9 through May 19.  Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability.

  • Current families and siblings: Enrollment begins February 2
  • New families: Enrollment begins March 2

Tuition for the 2026-27 School Year

Tuition is paid monthly over the nine school months (September through May).  There is a one time Registration Fee.

  • 5-Day Class: $345/month
  • 3-Day Class:  $265/month
  • Registration Fee:  $175/year

Enrollment Process

Tuition & Fees

All preschool classes run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Children must meet the age requirement for their class by August 19, in alignment with the South Western City School District age cut-off date.

Our preschool uses Brightwheel as our secure platform for enrollment, tuition billing, and primary family communication. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on classroom availability.

Families begin the process by completing the registration form using the link below through Brightwheel. Within three business days, families will receive approval or available program options through Brightwheel Notifications. Once approved, a Registration Fee invoice (which includes classroom supplies) will be sent through Brightwheel. Enrollment is confirmed once both the completed registration form and the registration fee have been received.

Tuition is based on the selected program and attendance schedule and is paid monthly over nine months, from September through May. Current tuition rates for each program are listed below:

  • 5-Day Class – $345/month
  • 3-Day Class – $265/month

A Registration Fee is required to confirm enrollment and includes classroom supplies. The registration fee is invoiced through Brightwheel once the registration form has been approved:

  • Registration Fee – $175

All tuition billing and payments are managed through Brightwheel, providing families with a secure and convenient way to view invoices, make payments, and track account information.
